(hereinafter, PVH) as the owners of the PVH Bookstand App (the “MobileApp”) and the website https://pvh.be.rs including all underlying pages such as http://globalqualitymanual.pvh.com (the “Website”) and "you" refers to the authorized user of the MobileApp and the Website (also together referred to as the “App”). . Use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this App. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
All materials, including illustrations, photographs, products, images, artwork, designs, texts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software (collectively “Content”) appearing on this App are owned or controlled by PVH and are protected by worldwide trademark and copyright laws. The Content of the App, and the App as a whole, are intended solely for your personal, noncommercial use of the App. You may not download Content from this App, or otherwise modify, obscure or delete any copyright or other property notices on the App. No right, title or interest in any materials and software, if applicable, on this App is transferred to you from the use of this computer.
